Return Policy
You can return new and unused items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
MinkyMooh covers the cost of returns for orders within Germany. If you wish to return an order, please send us an email with your order number to smile@minkymooh.de and you will receive a link where you can create the return label.
If you wish to return goods from any other country than Germany, please ensure that the package is sufficiently stamped. We cannot accept packages that are not sufficiently stamped or that are not stamped at all.
If items are returned and the original order value falls below the minimum order value qualifying for free shipping, the customer shall bear the shipping costs of the original order.
You can expect to receive your refund within 7 days of our receipt of your package. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we have received it (1 to 3 business days) and the time it takes for the payment method used to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
We will notify you of your refund via email once we have received and processed the returned item.
